We realize that full disclosure of organizational and management structures as well as other applications of good governance help our stakeholders and partners assess the quality of the Bank and its management and assists investors in their financial and business decisions.
In 2007 the Bank was among a handful of Ukrainian banks to undergo International Finance Corporation’s "Corporate Governance Improvement Program". Many of the recommended improvements have already been implemented regarding transparency, risk management, internal audit, functioning of the Supervisory Board and others.
In January 2008 in order to further strengthen RODOVID BANK’s corporate governance commitments the General Meeting of Shareholders appointed Michael Stensrud as an Independent Member of the Supervisory Board.
