In the first half of 2006 approximately 20% of the share capital was bought by non-residents on the secondary market with an engagement for a supplementary emission of UAH 250 mln., including UAH 50 mln. by non-residents. During 2007 the share capital was raised up to UAH 435 mln. The Bank has placed 85 thousand of ordinary nominal shares with par value of UAH 1000 and UAH 7300 per share price which allowed to raise the regulatory capital of UAH 620.5 mln. (owing to UAH 132.5 mln. of non-residential funds). At the time of placement of shares the market capitalization was USD 280 mln. Currently the capitalization stands at USD 9 mln. (as of 1st April 2009).
Since May 2007 the major shareholder of the Bank (owing approx. 77%) is “RB CAPITAL-GROUP” LLC with Bank’s top management as fair owners. Other large shareholders are ISTIL DEVELOPMENT LIMITED (Cyprus) and State Street Bank and Trust Company (USA) with more than 5% share, DRGN Limited (Cyprus) with over 3% share, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Osterreich AG (Austria) with more than 1% share and others.
