Credit allows on stomatological services payment at Dent-Art LTD. Crediting conditions:

Terms of crediting – 6, 12, 18 months

Minimum sum – 450,00 UAH

Maximum sum – 12 000,00 UAH
First payment at total sum of services:

up to 3 000,00 UAH – not necessary

from 3 000,01 to 6 000,00 UAH – not less 10% from service’s cost
-
from 6 000,01 to 12 000,00 UAH – not less 20% service’s cost.
Documents required for credit opening:

passport of citizen of Ukraine

ID number certificate
-
reference from the place of employment specifying period of employment with this company, office held and average monthly income for the last 6 months
