As of October, 01, 2011 year the Bank's share capital amounts to UAH 12,359,298,999, 60 and is divided on 6,866,277,222 shares, the corporate rights of which shall be certified by a simple registered shares of nominal value of UAH 1.80 each.
The state share in charter capital of the Bank - 99.99%.
The State corporate rights is managed by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine. |
