Bank’s Brief Description
RODOVID BANK is a universal banking institution that provides banking services to businesses and retail customers throughout Ukraine. The Bank was established in 1990 and is headquartered in Kyiv. During the last 4 years RODOVID BANK has been the fastest growing bank in Ukraine, characterized by innovative western-style management, expanding distribution platform and high brand awareness in Ukraine.
The Bank focuses on retail banking, while corporate banking is still a solid platform for further growth. RODOVID BANK’s top management are beneficial shareholders of 76.78% shares, with 17.16% of interest being held by a group of international institutional investors, and 6.06% held by other enterprises and individuals.
As 01 October 2008, the Bank ranked 19th in Ukraine (out of 181 licensed and operating Ukrainian banks) in terms of total assets (USD 2,750 mln), 18th in terms of total corporate loan portfolio (USD 1,342 mln), 17th in terms of total retail loan portfolio (USD 569 mln), 12th in terms of total corporate deposits (USD 806 mln), 12th in terms of total retail deposits (USD 837 mln). With 4,272 employees at present the Bank currently operates in all 27 regions of Ukraine.
