General provisions of the Tender Committee
- Committee is created by the decision of the Bank's Board and is a collective body of the Bank, operating on continious basis;
- Committee is created to conduct day-to-day management of the Bank;s activities, control over implementation of resolutions of the Bank's Board and co-ordination of activities of subdivisions of the Bank in accordance with plenary powers of the Committee;
- Resolutions which are approved by the Committee within the limits of its jurisdiction are subject to the obligatory implementation by all of the Bank's employees and subdivisions and can be changed or abolished by the Bank's Board or by the Chairman of the Board;
- Committee's activity conforms to the current legislation of Ukraine, Bank's Charter and other internal regulations of the Bank, including this Regulation.
Basic tasks of the Tender Committee

To organize and conduc the tenders in relation to acquisition of fixed assets by the Bank, approval of the prices and suppliers of such fixed assets and selection of entities for provision of commodities, works and services ordered by the Bank;

To ensure that the principle of collective decision making is preserved in relation to acquisitions of fixed assets by the Bank, approval of the prices and suppliers of such fixed assets, selection of entities for provision of commodities, works and services ordered by the Bank;

To ensure the provision of equal opportunities for all of tender applicants and objectivity in selection of tender winners;
Primary aimes of the Tender Committee

Optimization and minimization of the expenses of the Bank related to acquisition of the fixed assets and works and services ordered by Bank;

Minimization of risks for the Bank, related to acquisition of the fixed assets, choice of the suppliers of these fixed assets selection of entities for provision of commodities, works and services ordered by the Bank;

Collection and consolidation of information on possible suppliers.
